In most cases, the primary "contact" for the Reserve list will be the instructor. In some cases, however, the instructor will deem a TA, proxy, or departmental secretary to be in charge of the Reserve list. This information is meant to give the Reserve Services a person to contact in the event of booklist difficulties.

Course Specifications

Please enter information about both the previous and current courses, so that we can match up your earlier Reserves List with the new class. Enter the exact three-letter identifier of the department in which the course was/is taught (e.g. EVE), and the course number, with any suffixes (e.g., 101B) or any sections (e.g., 101B-2). Enter the Quarter and Year in which the course was/will be taught:
